Additional information may be required to participate in certain promotions or sales offered through our web site, participants will provide information on a voluntary basis only. Instances when Disability Key, LLC may collect additional personal information include:

Policies - Children 12 and Under
DisabilityKey.com is an educational web site. However, the Company is sensitive to protecting children online and does not allow membership to children under the age of 13. DisabilityKey.com requires individual's birth year in the membership information and any user under the age of 13, will not be granted membership. Disability Key, LLC encourages parents to take an active role in monitoring their children's online activities.

Chat Rooms and Message Boards
Membership is required in order for a user to access the chat rooms and / or message boards on DisabilityKey.com. The chat room and message boards will display the "User Name" that the member has chosen, no other personal information is made available to the public.

When a user participates in the chat room and / or message boards on DisabilityKey.com, the information / comments submitted will be made available to the public. Users should exercise caution when disclosing personally identifiable information in these forums.
